Job Description:
EMED Group in Shrewsbury is seeking a Night Controller/Planner to organise and supervise high-volume patient transport operations, scheduling journeys to meet time-bound KPIs and ensuring on-time arrivals and returns.
You will allocate patients to vehicles and crews based on mobility and safety needs, coordinate with hospital staff, monitor daily bookings in the Cleric system, and optimise resources to maximise KPI performance while delivering a reliable service to patients.
