Maintenance Manager: Lead Plant Reliability & Safety

Samworth Brothers is seeking a Maintenance Manager to keep our manufacturing site running safely and reliably. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee equipment care and drive preventative maintenance to minimise downtime.

You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Health & Safety teams to support performance and continuous improvement, acting as a visible leader balancing daily priorities with long-term site goals.
