Refresco is seeking a hands-on Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to drive the HSE agenda on the Nelson site. You will lead the safety program, influence behaviours on the factory floor and partner with leadership and operations to deliver measurable improvements.
You will bring a NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and at least five years’ experience in a busy manufacturing setting, empowering teams to achieve excellent HSE performance through practical safety initiatives across all staff
