Roles and responsibilities:
- Ensure the overall success and smooth operation of branches within the designated region
- Setting performance targets for branches, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support to achieve goals
- Assist with Recruitment
- Addressing and resolving issues or conflicts that may arise
- Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment across all branches
- Allocating resources effectively to support branch operations
- Analysing operational performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions
Experience / Skills:
- Experience of managing high numbers of staff or previous experience in a Regional Manager role
- Proven track record of Electrical Wholesale experience
- Driving Licence
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Willingness to travel across the regions
