Shaftesbury Capital is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to strengthen relationships with commercial customers across the portfolio and to drive engagement, communications and customer insight. You will work closely with Property and Facilities teams to ensure timely, relevant information and a proactive customer experience.
You will gather feedback, identify improvement opportunities and coordinate with marketing to promote engagement initiatives, forums and events across our destinations.
