Production Line Leader – Fresh Produce Team

Forza Foods Ltd is recruiting a Line Leader for our onsite Production Team at IPL Whittlesey. This permanent, site-based role runs Sunday to Thursday (7:45am – 4:30pm) and focuses on leading a production line to achieve targets while maintaining quality and safety.

You will supervise a small team, ensure adherence to food hygiene regulations, and coordinate with packaging to avoid downtime. The role requires strong communication, IT skills, and a proactive, safety-first mindset.
