Basic Salary:£29,000 per annum + Commission

Contract: Full-time, permanent

We are looking for a motivated, organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry, with clear opportunities for progression into a management role.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring vehicles are advertised accurately and professionally across relevant platforms.
• Identifying, selecting and checking vehicle photographs to ensure all listings meet the required standards.
• Supporting the sales team and assisting other departments when required.
• Inspecting vehicles prior to customer handover to ensure they meet company standards.
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the sales department.
• Maintaining high standards of organisation, accuracy and presentation.

The Ideal Candidate

• At least 1 year of experience in a sales environment.
• Previous car sales experience is desirable.
• Knowledge or understanding of the motor industry.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A genuine interest in cars and a strong desire to learn and develop.
