Domestic Assistant – Newtownabbey

Domestic Assistant urgently required for an immediate start in a residential and respite care home in Newtownabbey. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8am-1pm, paying £12.71 per hour. This is a temporary 3 month position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the home. Duties will include vacuuming and mopping floors, operating rotary floor cleaning machinery, cleaning and decontaminating sanitary facilities, replenishing consumables such as hand towels, soap and toilet paper, and carrying out laundry duties as required.

What We Need From You:

• Previous cleaning experience required
• Willingness to complete an enhanced Access NI check
• Must be willing to complete 1 day training (Training held every Wednesday)
