Recovery-Focused Support Worker (Housing & Wellbeing)

Spitalfields Crypt Trust is seeking a compassionate and reliable Housing Support Worker to work with residents in Acorn House. You will build positive relationships, help residents set goals, and support independence on their recovery journey.

You will contribute to personalised support plans, provide crisis intervention when needed, and liaise with health and social services to address physical and mental health needs. The role includes weekend/rota shifts.
