Part-Time Kitchen Assistant — Nourish & Delight Residents

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Kitchen Assistant in Northampton to join our care home’s kitchen team. This part-time role is 24 hours per week and includes working every other weekend, helping to prepare meals and deliver a high standard of hospitality to residents.

You’ll be reliable, caring, and eager to develop your skills in a supportive environment. Formal qualifications aren’t required, and previous care or commercial kitchen experience would be useful.
