Crystal Care Solutions is seeking a Residential Children’s Worker in Wigan to provide safe, nurturing care in a 2:4 shift system with sleep-ins. You will build trusting relationships, support individual care plans, and help young people achieve developmental goals in a values-driven environment.
The role requires resilience, flexibility for weekends/sleep-ins, and a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent, with driving licence preferred to support home visits and transport needs.
