Optical Assistant – Cataract Clinic & Theatre Support

SpaMedica is seeking an Optical Assistant on a 12-month fixed-term contract based at our Chester hospital cluster. The role is a on-site full-time post, 37.5 hours per week across 4 days in a 6-day rota, supporting clinicians and handling diagnostics and perioperative duties.

You will work with qualified optometrists, assist in pre- and post-operative clinics, manage theatre workflows, and maintainMedisoft-based records and stock while upholding confidentiality and safety standards.
