Senior Activities Coordinator for Resident Wellbeing

Lily in Kendal is seeking an Activities Co-Ordinator/Organizer and Care Home Manager to lead the weekly activities programme and support residents’ wellbeing. This in-person role requires clear communication with staff, residents and families, and a commitment to person-centred care.

You will plan and run activities, assist with daily living tasks as needed, maintain records, and engage with the wider team to promote independence and quality of life in our care home.
