Crisis & Wellbeing Support Worker (Mental Health)

OCVA is seeking compassionate locum staff to support adults in mental health crisis in Oxfordshire, covering Oxford and Banbury sites. Shifts include daytime and some evenings, with a focus on immediate, person-centred care, risk assessment, and grounding activities.

You will work within a reflective team, participate in handovers and complex case discussions, and travel between sites as needed. A vehicle or means to travel is essential.
