Recovery Housing Support Officer – Tenancy & Wellbeing

Codi Group in Caerphilly, Wales is seeking a Scheme Support Officer on a full-time fixed-term basis until July 2027. The role is based in Blackwood and requires day shifts on a rolling rota from 9am to 9pm.

You will work within our Caerphilly Substance Misuse services to help customers move toward independent tenancies. Key duties include engaging with the people we support, following a personalised plan, and delivering health and wellbeing workshops while liaising with external agencies.
