Residential Refuge Worker – Domestic Abuse Support

Hestia in Brent is seeking a Refuge Worker to deliver intensive, person-centred support for women in a residential setting. You will run key sessions, support meetings, and daily contact to assess needs, co-produce Support and Safety Plans, and provide guidance on safety, housing and independent living.

The role emphasizes safeguarding, collaboration with statutory bodies, empowering residents through workshops, and adhering to The Hestia Approach of co-production and recovery.
