Early Years Educator Level 2 — Growth & Innovation

Eastlands Primary School in Rugby is seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator to join our friendly team. The role is permanent, full-time (35 hours per week) with start in November 2026.

You will work with our early years children, contribute to a caring school community, and support learning through play. Visits to the school are welcomed by arrangement with the Headteacher or Early Years Phase Leader.
