Family & Community Group Worker | Early Help

Lancashire County Council is seeking a proactive Neighbourhood Group Worker for the Early Help Service in Fylde and Wyre. You will deliver group work programmes and drop-in support to children, parents, and families, focusing on health, wellbeing, parenting, and relationships.

You will build safe, inclusive spaces, maintain records, and uphold safeguarding standards while working flexibly including some evenings and weekends to meet family needs.
