Care Home Grounds Gardener — Create Serene Outdoor Spaces

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a dedicated Gardener for one of our care homes. You will maintain the grounds to high standards, care for fencing and external structures, and ensure outdoor areas are safe and welcoming for residents.

You’ll use COSHH-compliant products, promote health and safety, and bring a patient, team‑oriented approach. Daily duties include planting, trimming, winter snow and ice clearance, and showcasing your skills in our annual Barchester in Bloom
