Care & Support Worker – Transform Lives (Full-Time)

CYGNET is hiring a confident Care & Support Worker to join Oxley Woodhouse in Huddersfield. The role is full-time, 42 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, with alternate weekends on a two-week rolling rota.

You’ll provide person-centred care for people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, supporting independence, community access and daily living activities. We offer strong development, benefits, DBS checks, and a supportive team environment.
