Support Worker – Help People Live Life on Their Terms

Leonard Cheshire in Arlesey is recruiting compassionate support workers to help adults live life on their own terms, with a warm, person-centred approach.

You will support daily living tasks, encourage independence, accompany people to appointments and events, and keep clear, accurate records. Full induction and training are provided to help you thrive.

The role is full-time and requires flexibility, including weekends and a full UK driving licence to travel as part of duties.
