Trauma-Informed Youth Residential Care Worker

Essex County Council is seeking a Residential Worker to support 11–17 year olds in a five-bed home in Colchester. The role is full-time, 37 hours weekly across a 7-day rota, including early and late shifts with every other weekend off.

You will deliver nurturing, trauma-informed care and work within a multidisciplinary team. Applicants should be at least 21 years old and ready to complete Level 3 Diploma within two years of probation.
