Healthcare Assistant

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join a friendly care home team.

The Role

• Position: Healthcare Assistant, NO SPONSORSHIP PROVIDED
• Shifts: Days or Nights available
• Hours: Full-time
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care: Required

About You

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant with previous experience working in a nursing home or care home environment.

The ideal Healthcare Assistant will have:

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
• Previous nursing home/care home experience
• Good knowledge of person-centred care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A caring, professional and reliable approach
• Ability to work either day or night shifts
