Senior Residential Care Team Leader

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Residential Senior Carer to lead a team in a care home, delivering person-centred care to residents and supporting staff on shift. You’ll train, supervise and delegate duties while ensuring dignity and comfort for every resident.

You’ll oversee medication administration and ordering, review care plans and risk assessments, and coordinate with GPs, district nurses and families to maintain high standards of care and wellbeing.
