Regional Live-in Care Manager (Field-Based)

Trinity Homecare is seeking a Live-in Care Manager to own a regional portfolio of clients and Care Professionals across the North of England. You will visit families and professionals, develop personalised care plans, and ensure high-quality live-in care delivered daily.

Role involves leading teams, supervising care staff, and coordinating with wider operations. Field-based with regular travel, based around Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds or Sheffield areas.
