Job Description:
The Forward Trust’s East Kent Community Drug and Alcohol Service is seeking a Smoking Cessation Practitioner to improve health outcomes for people in substance misuse treatment. You will integrate stop-smoking support into care pathways, raise awareness of smoking harms, and support staff with brief advice and health conversations.
You will lead on VBA delivery, NRT access and behavioural support, and work across multiple sites to embed cessation in care plans and reporting.
