Job Description:
Compass Community is recruiting for a Night Time Residential Worker in a 4-bed Learning Disabilities Children’s Home. You will support four boys under 11, with duties from bedtime stories to overnight reassurance, and help start mornings positively.
Shift pattern is 4 on/4 off, 21:30–07:30. They welcome applicants with residential or youth-work experience, or personal experience supporting children with additional needs seeking a rewarding career in care.
