Red Rose Care is seeking a Field Care Supervisor for South Ribble to lead a team of Home Care Assistants while delivering hands-on care across Preston, Chorley and South Ribble. The role requires a minimum of 30 hours per week with a rotating weekly rota and every other weekend.
You will supervise, support and mentor the care team, ensuring safe, person-centred services. A full UK driving license and access to your own car are essential for visiting clients in their homes.
