Residential Refuge Worker – Domestic Abuse Support

Hestia in Brent is seeking a Refuge Worker to provide intensive, person-centred support to women in a residential setting. You will deliver key sessions, community meetings and daily contact to assess needs, and co-produce Support and Safety Plans focusing on strengths and goals.

Experience in floating or outreach support, risk assessments, safeguarding, welfare benefits knowledge, and recording casework is essential. This role is open to female applicants only under applicable law.
