Isle of Wight Inpatient Mental Health Support Worker

Wight Healthcare on the Isle of Wight is seeking a Support Worker to join our inpatient unit. The role is 30 hours per week, offering a pathway in mental health care within a close-knit island community.

The Support Worker will deliver high standards of practice in care, treatment, and support for people with mental illness, under supervision. The post is flexible across wards, with Seagrove as the core base, and includes UK right to work requirements.
