The Manor House in Roundhay, Leeds, is seeking a Care Home Deputy Manager in a fixed-term capacity or internal secondment. You will lead the care home team, uphold high standards of person-centred care, and support the Home Manager in day-to-day operations to ensure excellent resident outcomes.
Applicants should have leadership experience in residential or nursing care, NVQ Level 3 (or higher) in Health & Social Care, and a solid understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding.
