Community Psychiatric Nurse for Older Adults

Your World Nursing is seeking a Psychiatric Community Nurse to deliver mental health care in the community. You’ll assess patients, develop personalised care plans, and provide therapeutic interventions for anxiety, depression, and schizophrenia.

You’ll also offer counselling, medication management, and crisis support, collaborating with NHS and social care partners to ensure holistic, patient‑centered care. This is a full‑time role with daily PAYE payroll.
