Residential Support Worker – Emotional Wellbeing (8-18)

Barnardo’s in Hinckley is seeking a Residential Support Worker to join the Emotional Wellbeing Assessment Home on a full-time basis. The role supports children and young people aged 8-18, providing short-term placements while assessments are completed.

You will work across local homes, travel as needed, build trusting relationships, document records and uphold safeguarding. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or willingness to complete it is required, with sleep-ins and weekend shifts
