Night Housing Support Worker for Youth

YMCA Trinity Group Ipswich is seeking an Accommodation Night Worker to support young people overnight. You’ll ensure the building is clean, safe, and secure, welcome residents and staff, and help keep the environment calm during the night.

You’ll work a 4 on/4 off rota from 10pm to 8am, handling overnight tasks and responding to incidents. A compassionate approach and ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds are essential.
