Deputy Manager – Brand-New Children’s Home (Learning Disabilities)

Portman Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Deputy Manager for a brand-new children’s learning disabilities home in Crawley. You will lead shifts, support the Registered Manager and shape the home’s culture from the start, delivering safe, child-centred care and compliant practices.
