Autism & Complex Care Support Worker (12-hr Shifts, PBS)

Bluebird Care Exeter is seeking a dedicated Support Worker with experience in complex care to join a team delivering person-centred support to young people and adults with autism and complex needs in the Exeter area.

You will work 2 x 12-hour shifts per week (day and night), follow structured plans, engage in Positive Behaviour Support, de-escalation, and routine activities, and complete accurate records with supervision and on-call clinical guidance.
