Elite Motorsport Composite Laminator — Long-Term Contract

Matchtech is seeking experienced Composite Laminators to join a motorsport team on a long-term contract until Summer 2026. You’ll work on cutting-edge carbon fibre components in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment for elite motorsport projects.

Responsibilities include lay-up of pre-preg carbon fibre, following drawings and lay-up manuals, autoclave preparation, quality checks, and collaboration with engineers to hit production targets. Night shifts and weekend work required.
