Advance Northumberland is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the Ascent Homes Commercial Team in Northumberland. You will provide contractual and financial management across live and pre-construction projects, supporting cost reporting and value delivery.
You will build internal and external relationships to ensure robust cost control, prepare tender docs, and manage subcontractor payments and variations in line with the procurement policy. A driving licence is essential.
