QSR Food Safety Auditor – UK Travel, Flexible Hours

Intertek is seeking a QRS/Retail Auditor to travel across the UK, auditing fast-food brands and retail venues for food safety and brand standards. The role operates on a zero-hours contract covering Edinburgh region with flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

You will assess client sites against hygiene and health and safety standards, coach clients on best practices, and report findings to support ongoing client relationships. A driving licence and transport are essential.
