Live Events Cellar & Stock Controller

AEG Europe is seeking a Cellar Manager to oversee the movement, control and reporting of drinks stock across indigo at The O2 in London. Based at North Greenwich, you will ensure bars are stocked and compliant, delivering a great guest experience.

You will manage stock across bars and cellars, support event-day stock replenishment, plan deliveries and maintain accurate records. A proactive, detail‑oriented approach is essential in a fast‑paced live event environment.
