Ballards is offering a graduate Private Client Tax Associate role for 2027. Worcester / Birmingham with a three-year funded training contract and hybrid working.

You’ll learn personal tax implications for individuals, families and trusts, and work with real clients from day one while studying toward professional tax qualification. You don’t need prior tax experience; a 2:1 degree in any discipline and strong communication, attention to detail and people skills are valued.
