Call Centre Admin & Customer Service – Fixed Term

Specsavers is seeking a Call Centre Assistant on a fixed-term contract. You’ll handle optical administration, NHS forms and triage, answer calls and queries, update and file records, and manage appointments to support the store’s success.

We offer training and development, a starting rate up to £12.91 per hour, 40 hours per week, and benefits including annual leave and pension contributions.
