Position: Internal Recruiter
Contract Type: Temporary, Full Time
Pay: £18 per hour + Holiday Pay + Benefits
Locations: Plumstead, London (with travel to Romford & East London required)
Are you an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? Adecco Romford & London East are looking for a confident and proactive Internal Recruiter to manage the attraction, interviewing and hiring of professional drivers across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through to onboarding
- Conduct telephone, virtual and face-to-face interviews
- Source and attract candidates through a variety of recruitment channels
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs
- Coordinate compliance checks and onboarding processesWhat We’re Looking For
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in internal recruitment, talent acquisition or agency recruitment
- Confident conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability
- Experience managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
- Driving, transport or logistics recruitment experience/knowledge would be highly advantageous
