HR Advisor: Employee Relations & People Experience

The Imperial London Hotels Limited is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the People & Development Team on a hybrid basis in Bloomsbury, London. You’ll provide practical employee relations guidance and help drive fair people decisions.

You will work with managers across our hotels and Central Services, handle a varied ER caseload, coach leaders, and contribute to a values-driven culture while staying compliant with employment law.
