Education HR Officer – School Maternity Cover

TLTP Education is recruiting an experienced HR Officer for a maternity cover at a girls’ grammar school in Aylesbury, starting November 2026. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations and providing guidance on policies.

You will oversee SCR, recruitment, contracts, absence, employee relations and staff wellbeing, working with Finance and Payroll, and supporting policy updates and staff induction. CIPD Level 3 or equivalent required; confidential handling essential.
