Temp HR Advisor

We’re looking for an experienced HR professional to join a busy and growing team on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for longer-term opportunities for the right person.

About the Role

Remote (with occasional onsite attendance) | ASAP Start | 3-Month Contract £14.50 per hour

We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic who thrives in a remote setting, takes initiative, and is always looking for the next task to get stuck into.

Responsibilities

• Full-time, Monday to Friday (9:00am to 5:30pm)
• Predominantly remote, with occasional onsite attendance when required
• Supporting a range of HR activities across the business
• Opportunity to take ownership of key HR processes, including the appraisal system
• Potential for optional Saturday morning overtime on a rota basis

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Previous HR experience is essential
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Confident using a variety of systems and technology
• Proactive, self-motivated approach to work
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Pay range and compensation package

3-Month Contract £14.50 per hour
