HR & Recruitment Specialist (Hybrid, Temp to Perm)

2MRW Group in Derby is seeking an experienced HR and Recruitment Assistant to support end-to-end recruitment and HR administration. You will manage job adverts, shortlist and interview candidates, and oversee offers and onboarding, including background and right-to-work checks.

You will also issue contracts, maintain starter checks, develop talent pools, and collaborate with HR leaders on attraction and retention ideas.
