Part-Time HR Partner: Lead iTrent & People Strategy

Four Squared Recruitment Ltd in Worcestershire is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) to influence business decisions, shape the employee experience, and lead iTrent optimisations.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will cover strategic partnering, employee relations, payroll oversight, and HR systems leadership, delivering projects and improvements across core HR, payroll, recruitment and onboarding.
