Tech-Savvy Retail Advisor — Part Time

Virgin Media O₂ in Newtownabbey is seeking a part-time Retail Advisor who will assist customers with a range of products from mobile, broadband and TV services. The role focuses on building trust, solving problems and delivering memorable experiences, with initial induction sessions of 2×2 days (30 hours).

You will contribute to team targets and customer satisfaction, working across store hours which may include evenings and weekends.
