Kilwinning Medical Practice is a busy, forward‑thinking GP practice serving 12,500+ patients, and we’re looking for a motivated Assistant Practice Manager to join our friendly leadership team.
This is a development-focused role with the potential to follow on to Practice Manager, supported by mentoring, training, and opportunities to grow responsibility over time.
You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the practice, supporting staff, improving services, and helping shape high‑quality, patient‑centred care.
